Only one more tube

James has had all his tubes removed except for his chest tube, which has been down-graded to a portable version.

That means he is only taking pain medication orally, so pray that the pain would not increase.

The doctors have been changing his diet almost each time he eats, so pray for God's wisdom, and that the hole in his esophagus completely heals so he can stay on solids.

He will have a visiting nurse assigned to him, so pray for a competent, attentative person with a great bedside manner to be selected.

James will begin working a couple of hours a day once he gets home, so pray that he knows when to rest!

Pray for Jake and Michael as they adjust to having their Dad home, but not ready to play ball.

Kathy's Mom will fly out tomorrow morning an hour before James' Father lands at the same airport. Praise God for his timing! Pray for safe travels for both of them.
